Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions text goes here.
-----
If your website collects any personal information (e.g., names or emails via contact forms, links to booking software, or newsletter sign-ups), you are legally required to have a Privacy Policy displayed on your site (and Terms, although not legally required, are highly recommended). You might already have these in place, but we want to make sure you’re aware of this important requirement.
If you don’t have them yet, here are three options:
-
Consult a lawyer to create custom policies tailored to your business.
-
Find one online by doing your own search (Your Legal BFF is an option - She offers templates for $349).
-
NEW! Get one through PMU!
We’ve partnered with my lawyer, Keren, at Not Your Father’s Lawyer, Inc., to develop a more affordable option for our Pet Marketing Unleashed community. She’s created Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions templates that our clients can easily customize on their own and use on their websites. Please note that these are templates only, and do not constitute legal advice or create an attorney-client relationship.
If you're interested, you can purchase them right here. Note: By purchasing through us, you'll also receive future updates whenever significant legal changes occur, ensuring your policies stay up-to-date!
Note: When it asks you to add in the link to either your Privacy Policy or Terms & Conditions, the links will be whatever your URL is followed by /privacy or /terms.
